That the June 24, 2026, Heritage Pickering Advisory Committee meeting agenda be approved.

1. That the Heritage Pickering Advisory Committee support the proposed Heritage Permit Application (HP 03/26) for the conservation work at the Altona Meeting House; 2. That the Heritage Pickering Advisory Committee support consolidating and updating the Designating By-law By-laws 2123/85 and 3461/90 into a single designation by-law for the Altona Meeting House in accordance with Section 30.1 of the Ontario Heritage Act; 3. That the Heritage Pickering Advisory Committee support the draft Statement of Cultural Heritage Value and Heritage Attributes as set out in Attachment 4 to this memo; and 4. That staff be directed to proceed with the statutory amendment process prescribed under Section 30.1 of the Ontario Heritage Act.
