That the Heritage Pickering Advisory Committee recommend that Council approve the Heritage Permit application for the Whitevale Road Reconstruction between Golf Club Road and the West Duffins Creek, subject to the following conditions: 1. Implementation of all tree protection and preservation measures identified in the Arborist Report; 2. Submission and implementation of a post-construction landscape restoration plan; 3. Completion of pre-construction condition surveys of all heritage properties and structures within the study area; 4. Implementation of a vibration monitoring program during construction, with appropriate mitigation measures; 5. Ongoing monitoring by a qualified arborist during construction; 6. Implementation of best management practices to minimize impacts to the cultural heritage landscape during construction activities; and, 7. Implementation of any requirements for archaeological monitoring and contingency measures.
