That application MV 09/26 by the Corporation of the City of Pickering, be Approved on the grounds that the requested variances are minor in nature, desirable for the appropriate development of the land, and in keeping with the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By law, subject to the following condition: 1. That these variances apply only to the proposed Fire Hall, as generally sited and outlined in the applicant’s submitted plans (refer to Attachments 2 and 3)

That application MV 28/26 by the N. Sadachcharam & T. Nimalan, be Refused on the grounds that the requested variance is not minor in nature, not desirable for the appropriate development of the land, and not in keeping with the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By law.

That application MV 32/26 by PTC Ownership Inc., be Approved on the grounds that the requested variance is minor in nature, desirable for the appropriate development of the land, and in keeping with the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By law, subject to the following condition: 1. That this variance applies only to the existing Shops at Pickering City Centre mall, as generally sited and outlined in the applicant’s submitted plans (refer to Attachments 2, 3, and 4 contained in the staff report to the Committee of Adjustment dated June 10, 2026).

That application MV 34/26 by Brock Dersan Developments Inc., be Approved on the grounds that the requested variance is minor in nature, desirable for the appropriate development of the land, and in keeping with the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By law, subject to the following condition: 1. That this variance applies only to parking spaces number 52 and 54, as generally sited and outlined on the applicant’s submitted plans (refer to Attachments 2 and 3 contained in the staff report to the Committee of Adjustment dated June 10, 2026).

That application MV 36/26 by H. Patel, be Approved on the grounds that the requested variance is minor in nature, desirable for the appropriate development of the land, and in keeping with the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By law, subject to the following condition: Committee of Adjustment Hearing Minutes June 10, 2026 1.
